214. Sometimes you need a specific type of shop. Not your ordinary high street, or a typical supermarket but a specialized shop! in this case i had that type of moment where i needed material to make a table set. Looking and looking I came across Barcelona’s famous RIBES I CASALS.  This is a centrally located workshop full with kilometers and kilometers of material. All in different colours, shapes and textures. A wonderful world of pure colour! If you are looking for lace, or wanted to make your own napkins which matches your table cloth, or change your chair or sofa colour, check this place up, you will be surprised with the endless possibilities and creativity they offer you!

211. WOW! What a place! Stunning from the very beginning. hard to find, although its really big its so discrete its hard to tell. This restaurant from the tragaluz collection is known as negro y rojo. Negro is the part upstairs and Red downstairs. This post will give you the insight of the downstairs part where Sushi is served, and what a sushi!!! Fresh, tasty and well presented. Excellent & quick service with a friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere, romantic yet cool. Super clean and the menu is quite long and tasty. Great noodles and spicy rice to die for. Very fresh. A 5***** place!!! if you are a sushi lover, need to check it out this weekend!

We just discovered there day a fantastic shop FLORES NAVARRO, a flower world but he best part is not only the decades of experience but the best: it is open 24 hours - 365 days a year!!! Just like New York, Barcelona has these things, where you can buy anything, anywhere, anytime! It is a great spot to know when you are desperately in need of getting some flowers urgently! The Urban Oasis Effect - Before and After - PART I (Kitchens)

​208. Have you ever heard of Home staging? Have you ever heard of the Feng-Shui? Have you ever heard of the "Urban Oasis Effect"? 
Your home is the most sacred temple on earth. It is there where you relax, you have time for yourself and your loved ones and you can be yourself. This is why it is vital to choose the energy you wish to be surrounded by. Depending on you priorities in life, you may or not have time to decorate your home to your choice. However, let me e advice you: having an uncluttered, bight and luminous environment in which you surround yourself affects your self esteem, your inner peace and your well being.

 EXAMPLE 1. 
In this first example, you can see this kitchen belong to a rather large house. The picture named BEFORE has dark colors, is cluttered with ornaments and decorative items and looks fairly tired and old. AFTER: after we worked on getting the best out of this space, we chose the white color to make it even bigger, highlight the light it has and the feeling of space. We took out all of the ornaments and decorations so that you only enjoy cooking on it!

EXAMPLE 2. 
In this second example, the kitchen is fairly smaller, again looks tired, dark colors and with a fair amount of usage. AFTER: we chose again the white color to make it look more spacious and cleaner, light brown wooden cupboard space, modern white goods and light grey walls.

_207. I just love being suprised with places that are just so well presented and taken care of. This was the case last week with this lovely and sweet restaurant named Mordisco. Located just in front of El Japones, and from the same firm, this lovely gastronomical space offers vegetarian mostly dishes to die for. Amazingly presented in a lovely, business yet healthy atmosphere. You can tell that business people that take care of themselves get their lunch at Mordisco. A little pricy but a super place for a healthy business lunch. Their freshly made juices are not only a healthy choice but superb in their taste!

Most Amazing Restaurant in Menorca

205. Menorca has indeed amazing gastromy. It certainly used to be top but unfortunately the economic crisis swept away most restaurants. Now slowly but surely the resurrection of many of them are taking place. This is the case of Sa Pedrera des Pujol. An amazing country style restaurants located in Torret - Menorca. Their menu is stunning and their dishes presentation superb. The staff is super friendly yet professional and the taste of all is to die for. The bread seems made out of butter as it melts in your mouth, the butter is uniquely tasteful and their desserts heaven on earth. Must try! Don´t leave Menorca without booking a table and proving that all my descriptions in nothing but the truth!
