310.  Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting one of our most cherished real estate collaborators  in Barcelona.

I truly enjoyed working with them and are very happy to collaborate with such professional & fun type of people.

 ​309. If you are crazy about ice-cream and at the same time crazy for cool innovative ideas, Rocambolesc is your place. ? Does the same el Celler de Can Roca Ring a bell? Or the Roca Brothers? Well Barcelona is now lucky to have one of the ice-cream shops. 
After the tremendus success of their other shops located in Madrid, Girona or Playa de Aro now The Liceu has a tremendous neighbor: Rocambolesc! Remember Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? Well their shop is inspired in this wonderful book/movie, very nostalgic! 
Amazing delicious unseen ice creams with flavors like: baked apple, mango and lavender, lemon, basil and green apple or pumpkin and mandarin!! Their ice creams are absolutely to die for! The most fun part is choosing your toppings: banana silver rocks, guava jam, cloud violet or even sesame praline! 
More than an ice-cream show its more like a candy show! Take any of your friends and family there and show off your knowledge! Beautiful!

311. During the past Saturday 22nd September, Barcelona held, one more year, its International Community Day. A day dedicated to our international and multicultural population. 
This time the Maritime Museum of Barcelona hosted this event. Next to the Sea and to the famous Columbus Statue, this wonderful Barcelona landmark received hundreds of expats. 
An opportunity to network and meet people who have just landed in Barcelona or people who have been living here for years. Entrepreneurs, Directors, business people, workers, students, researchers or people who are enjoying a sabbatical year in this wonderful part of the world are some of the visitors. Amongst the exhibitors there was a representation of Barcelona services, internatioanl schools,  public institutions, the city hall, associations, clubs and other experts in receiving international communities.  It was such a rich and interesting day.

308.  If you are tired of typical tapas restaurant with greasy and fattening dishes, GREEN SPOT is your place. A minimalistic, light and airy restaurant right across from the Port Vell. 
This heaven on earth culinary center has as policy: "Let food be the medicine and let medicine be the food". A Hippocrates phrase which serves them as guide and food policy. 
Their dishes are all vegetarian, cooked with TLC (tender, love and care). 
Absolutely stunning presentation! Their beetroot gazpacho is so sweetly presented, their coconut curry with wild black rice to diw for and their quinoa salad with hazelnuts to die for! 
Dessert? Why not a healthy panacota with Macha green tea?
Ideal for a girly lunch or Mum and Daughter healthy stop! Gorgeous!

307. if you are looking for a pure Mexican restaurant, Oxaca is your place. Located in the coolest part of the Port Vell (With easy parking right across the restaurant); This wonderful restaurant has the most Mexican atmosphere. They have a choice of menu or set menu of 48€. They entertain the table with a started of freshly made guacamole right in front of you, Taylor made! Like it hot? they will include more chilies! Like it mild they will not! It’s absolutely fabulous! Their tuna is to die for! A wide selection of mezcladerias and tequilas. By they way, their tacos are amazing and they even received the prize for the best taco in Barcelona during the past year!! 5*****

And the final part is the best!! Desert! Chocolate brownie made with authentic mole! Yummy!!!

This theme park is not only just half an hour from Barcelona, but it’s as closest as you are going to get to Disneyland in this part f the world. 
Actually year after year it get better, cleaner, better food, better service, better restaurants and better attractions. During Halloween Port Aventura prepares its theme park with scary decors and frightening characters! 
Try the Horror of Texas attraction (its 5€ more) but its so worth it!

305. Sometimes you are fully surprised, when you don´t expect something its when it most strikes you! Last Friday we had the chance of having dinner under the stars. Yes under the stars! The Beautiful Observatori Fabra located near el Tibidabo organises under the star dinner from June until October each year.  Once the meal is over (delicious by the way), a professor at the Barcelona University expect in Astronomy gives out a brief lecture about the Apollo 8 and its challenges. 
You are then escorted into the museum where their very friendly staff explains who was Fabra and shows you around the museum. The best part is the very end where you get to go all the way to the top where the cupola is located and get to look over the centenary telescope: a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, ROMANTIC, FIND, UNSEEN!
