405. It is just so funny when you are walking down a sweet street and you find nothing but wonderful cafes, delicious looking restaurants and beautiful shops. This is what happened to us last Sunday. Walking through the Borne, we found out the cutest shop ever: Duck Store Barcelona. This unique shop is filled with the most original rubber duckies! Originally from Holland, they have an international collection which can be found in Amsterdam, Mallorca or even Madrid. Each city has its own unique samples like in Barcelona one can find George and the dragon, or even Gaudi dragons! They are absolutely adorable; no need to have kids, adults can also enjoy these cuties and even enjoy a few minutes to choose from eh the amazing different themed designs! From Frida Khalo, to the Liberty Statue! Love it!

I had the chance of walking around with the pre-Christmas feeling and i bumped into the cutest shop: La nostra Ciutat Barcelona. the shop itself is terribly interesting and chic. It almost feels like an art gallery. The space is like an old industrial factory turned into an open and airy space with plenty of goodies, local art by local artists, people from Barcelona. 327. Oh wow! I just love these!!! Check this out! Boldú - a traditional bakery has completely transformed its business model into a cute must check out place in Barcelona.
They have these "gingerbread" like shape bakeries but guess what!!! They are homemade donuts!!! And they are absolutely delicious! Incredible little goodies made with the best quality ingredients, fresh daily and with a range of flavours!! You can even get them personalised! I was so shocked when it’s cute window shop called my attention. And every season they have different shapes, like for now don´t forget to check out their Christmas ones, they are adorable!!

248. This is one of the most wonderful tea shops in Spain. Nothing compared to those found in London of course but not far from it! I love it as it remind me of my beloved sister in law Maru! She loves it here!

195. Have you ever come across which is so beautiful, so well designed and so well presented that you hesitate what kind of shop it is? This is the kind of shop I came across the other day located right on Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona! This cute and adorable shop had contemporary and super fashion shoes designs. Designed by world known designer Stuart Weitzman this retails space is a women´s dream come true. Since 2002, Weitzman has provided one-of-a-kind, "million dollar" shoes to an Oscar nominee to wear at the Oscars.

Huge and excellently located in Gran de Gracia 1 (right next to eh Paseo de Gracia) this amazing space is divided into various subspaces where one can create, think and envisage a beautiful and original picture, a wonderful gift or just a photo shoot session with fun and authentic preps.

If you fancy and are in the mood of cooking an amazing recipe this Christmas that you just discovered and need of those American ingredients impossible to find in your daily market, this place will have it! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount go of spices they have. We love cooking with spices, as we try to be healthy and substitute slat with flavors which are nutritionally rich and spices are a great option. The amount of unsalted nuts is also vast. Cool place to know when you are in the mood of cooking international food!

107. If you are already feeling the Christmas spirit and just can´t wait to do your Santa´s wish list shopping, Roca Village is your place!
This a wonderful Italian style village, chic and sweet just half and hour from Barcelona city center. In fact there are coaches that leave from Paseo de Gracia which take you directly there.
This cute outlet market has chic and trendy brands on a discounted price. It is particularly adorable at Christmas time. You can spend the day there or go and grab some lunch and start the shopping. The Roca Village has various gourmet options, my favorite was Mori Sushi by Parco. The menu is not huge but the quality is enormous!
Spend a really lovely day outside Barcelona in style!

92.I love how traditional shops try their best and innovate make themselves look more trendy and futuristic! Boci is an example of this phenomenon. I was really curious about this colourful pearls beautiful presented in Christmas packages that they have throughout the shop. It seems they are chocolate pearls filled with various fruits like orange, etc. Very original and looks very chic too!

We have several in Barcelona: Plaza Cataluña, Avenida Diagonal and Plaza Francesc Macia. The largest one is Plaza Cataluña although in Avenida Diagonal is lovely too. Francesc Macia is smaller and somehow quieter. If you need a travel agency, large supermarket, gifts or just a souvenir check out El Corte Ingles. The Gourmet sections is particularly nice with authentic items cute for your kitchen or just to impress a friend.
