3. Today we had the most exciting - exhilarating Gourmet Experience..This time in Madrid!!

The CorteInglès of Serrano 52 has cleverly set up their Shopping malls's top floor info a funky-chic Gourmet Experience.

The three Michelin Star Chefs: David Muñoz, Roberto Ruiz with his Mexican El Cascabel and Jordi Roca - Make up to 7 Michelin Stars in total amongst the three of them.

Street-Xo led by David Munoz is a fusion style restaurant with a Michelin star service set around a cafeteria style-bar.

Their menu choices is limited and not vegetarian friendly however their fish options are simply superb!

For dessert? Don't forget to spend a good half an hour at Rocambolesc by Three Michelin star Chef Jordi Roca from the Celler de Can Roca. This amazing "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" inspired gelaterie, with flavours as funky as asparagus, baked apple or violet with coconut. They have a beautifully set toppings buffet with choices of violet marshmallows, crunchy honey or Japanese basil!
